Let’s build community
and create together
Ageless Aesthetics Collective space
A space where beauty, creativity, and
connection converge.
We’re expanding beyond aesthetics and wellness and into something deeper: a thoughtfully designed studio created to bring people together. This is more than a treatment space — it’s a living, breathing community hub where ideas are exchanged, skills are shared, and meaningful connections are built.
Our Collective Space is designed for both seekers and teachers. Whether you’re here to learn something new, explore your creativity, or step into a space where you can lead and share your own expertise, there is a place for you here. This is a space where curiosity is encouraged, collaboration is natural, and growth — both personal and professional — is supported.
Inside the studio, you’ll find an ever-evolving calendar of experiences. From painting classes and Pilates to women’s self-defense, ancestral healing, sound baths, creative writing, knitting, evidential mediumship, partnership coaching, improv groups, yoga, and beyond — each offering is guided by skilled instructors who bring depth, passion, and intention to their work.
At its core, the Ageless Collective Space is about gathering. It’s about creating an environment where conversations flow, ideas spark, and people feel seen, supported, and inspired. A place where you can expand your skill set, meet like-minded individuals, and be part of something that feels both grounding and expansive.
This is the beginning of something we’re building together.
Join us by signing up for a class below — or, if you feel called to contribute, reach out and share the vision, skill, or experience you’re ready to bring into the space.

Our Collection of Classes
Ancestral Healing
led by Sarah Christine Gill
Does your family cause you to feel guilt, shame, anger, sadness or loneliness? Or what if you learned that the pain in your back, knee, gut, or head are due to an Ancestor's unhealed trauma that your genetics still carry?
Every family holds pain, sadness, guilt, shame and beliefs that don’t support the person you are today. Releasing these inherited patterns, frees you to express and experience who you are now. Scientists now understand how the genetics of your Ancestors may affect your physical, emotional and mental behavior and patterns. Trauma experienced by earlier generations can influence the structure of our genes, making them more likely to “switch on'' negative responses to stress and trauma. In addition, hormones and glands at any age can be affected by past abuse and trauma.
Releasing these inherited attributes may free you to express and experience who you are now.
In this event, professionally trained and Certified Generational Healer, Sarah Christine Gill will demonstrate the connection we all have to our Ancestors with an overview and live demonstration on Generational Healing. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to be selected to receive as part of the demonstration. The selected individual will lie down comfortably, in a peaceful, quiet healing space. We will discuss your lineage what is ailing you and what you are experiencing in your life that you would like to change.
The best way to receive is by opening your heart and mind, allowing your Ancestor to receive the healing work that they desire to be released, and experience the benefits of feeling lighter, happier, more relaxed, and at ease.
Wild Writing
Led by Nina Willow
Think you can’t write? Already have a steady writing practice? Secretly dreaming of being a slam poet?
Come write with us.
Everyone is welcome.
We call it wild writing—a way to quiet the inner critic and let your words move freely. Through low-stakes prompts, listening, and short, generative bursts, we’ll write together and build connection—one 7-minute exercise at a time.
As my mentor at Firefly Creative Writing says, there is no way to do this wrong.
Come discover the beauty inside you, waiting to find its way onto the page.
Paint and Sip
Led by Amanda Wiley
Unwind, create, and connect at our monthly Paint & Sip Parties at Ageless Aesthetics Collective — where creativity meets community in a relaxed, elevated setting.
These guided experiences are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned creatives. You’ll be led step-by-step through a curated painting while enjoying a thoughtfully prepared, social atmosphere that invites you to loosen up, have fun, and make it your own.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about expression. As you paint, sip, and settle into the moment, the process becomes a way to quiet the mind, release tension, and tap into your creative flow.
Perfect for date nights, girls’ nights, or simply trying something new, each gathering offers a balance of structure and freedom, allowing you to connect with others while creating something uniquely yours.
All painting supplies are provided, along with a welcoming environment that encourages laughter, conversation, and a little bit of creative magic.
Come for the experience — leave with a piece of art and a sense of connection you didn’t know you needed. No experience needed—just bring your vibe and we’ll handle the rest. 🍷🖌️
Purl Jam
Led by Katie Thompson
Slow down, settle in, and learn something timeless at Purl Jam — our beginner-friendly knitting workshop at Ageless Aesthetics Collective.
Designed for those who have always wanted to learn (or relearn) the art of knitting, this class guides you through the foundational stitches — including the classic knit and purl — in a way that feels approachable, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.
Knitting is more than a skill; it’s a rhythm. As your hands begin to move, you may notice your mind softening, your breath slowing, and a quiet sense of focus taking over. Purl Jam creates space for that experience — where learning becomes meditative, and progress feels both tangible and grounding.
You’ll be guided step-by-step by a skilled instructor, with plenty of time for questions, practice, and connection with others in the room. Whether you come solo or with a friend, the atmosphere is relaxed, social, and welcoming to all levels.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with the confidence to continue your knitting journey — and the beginning of something you made with your own hands.
All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
Whether you’re brand new to knitting or looking to refine your stitches, this relaxed afternoon session will guide you through techniques, tips, and creative inspiration—all in great company.
Bring your curiosity—we’ll supply the rest (and yes, plenty of puns).
Sound Baths
Led by Becky Pezely
Sound healing is an ancient practice that applies the physics of sound (frequencies) to promote health by building nervous system capacity and creating alignment in body.
Step into stillness with our Sound Bath Experience with Becky Bezley — a deeply restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you to your body.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in layers of sound and vibration created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools. As you rest comfortably, these frequencies gently guide your brain into slower, more relaxed states, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.
This is not something you need to “do” — simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
Each session is intentionally curated to create a grounding and immersive atmosphere. The experience can feel different for everyone: some drift into a dreamlike state, some experience emotional release, and others leave with a deep sense of clarity and calm.
Sound baths are a powerful complement to both physical and energetic wellness practices, supporting better sleep, improved mood, and an overall sense of alignment.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, this is a space to unplug, reset, and return to yourself.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
Playful Partnerships Improv Group
Led by Sarah McMahon
Reconnect, reset, and rediscover the joy of connection through our Playful Partnership Improv Group
This immersive experience blends lighthearted improvisation with intentional connection practices to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance — both within yourself and in how you relate to others. Through guided exercises, movement, and playful interaction, you’ll step out of overthinking and into presence.
No performance experience is needed. This isn’t about being “funny” or getting it right — it’s about curiosity, expression, and learning to respond in the moment with openness and ease.
Working solo, in pairs, and as a group, you’ll explore communication, trust, and spontaneity in a way that feels supportive, energizing, and surprisingly grounding. Expect laughter, moments of insight, and a sense of connection that extends beyond the session.
This offering is perfect for partners, friends, or individuals who want to feel more at ease in their relationships, build confidence in self-expression, and experience the power of play as a pathway to balance.
Come ready to let go, show up, and experience connection in a whole new way.
